Deal by deal
There is no pooled vehicle and nothing to commit to in advance. Each opportunity stands on its own, and saying no to one has no bearing on seeing the next.

We are already in
The partners invest their own capital first. We do not bring anything to co-investors that we have not backed ourselves, which is the only alignment that actually means something.

Capital is not the qualifier
The co-investors we work with bring a market, a customer relationship, or operating depth in the category. That is what makes the syndicate useful to the founder rather than merely larger.
What this page is not
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and nothing on it is an invitation to invest. We are an angel group: the partners invest their own capital and syndicate individual deals. We do not operate a fund, we are not marketing an investment vehicle, and we are not licensed to give investment advice — nor do we give any.
