What this website is
It describes who we are and how we work with founders, co-investors and partner organisations. It is published for information. Nothing on it forms a contract between us, and nothing on it obliges us to respond to, meet, or back any company.
No offer, no advice
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and nothing on it is an invitation to invest. We do not market an investment vehicle here, there is nothing to subscribe to, and no page on this site should be read as an inducement to engage in investment activity.
Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and none of it is tailored to your circumstances. We are not licensed to give advice and we do not give it. Anything we write about markets, structuring or fundraising is general commentary. Take your own professional advice before acting on any of it.
Where we describe companies we have worked with, we are describing a relationship, not recommending an investment, and past activity is not a guide to any future result.
Submitting a pitch
When you send us material you confirm that you are entitled to send it and that doing so breaches no obligation you owe anyone else.
Please do not send confidential information in a first approach. We receive a large number of pitches, some of them in overlapping areas, and we cannot accept a duty of confidence over unsolicited material. We treat what you send with ordinary professional discretion — we do not publish it and we do not pass it around — but sending it creates no NDA and no obligation of secrecy. If a conversation reaches the point where confidentiality matters, we will put an agreement in place first.
You keep all rights in what you send. We do not acquire any licence to your material beyond reading it and discussing it internally to evaluate your company.
Reading a pitch commits us to nothing. We may already be looking at, or may later back, a company that competes with yours.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Any figures, ranges or timeframes describe how we typically work rather than a guarantee in a particular case.
Our content
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read, quote and link to the site with attribution. You may not copy the design or republish substantial parts of the content as your own.

We link to sites we do not control and are not responsible for what they contain or do.
Availability and liability
We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on anything published here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
