This page explains what happens to personal data when you use ttl.capital. It describes the website as it works today; if that changes, this page changes with it.

The short version

This website runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and does not track you across sites. The only personal data we receive is what you deliberately send us — through the pitch form or by emailing a partner directly.

What we collect

When you submit a pitch

The pitch form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your company, a link to your deck, a message, and up to three attached files. We use it to read your pitch and reply. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Submissions are stored on our own infrastructure — a Cloudflare D1 database in the European Union — and a notification is emailed to the partnership through Resend, our email provider. The submission is saved before any notification is sent, so a delivery failure delays us reading it rather than losing it.

Anything you attach is stored in Cloudflare R2, our object storage, and is readable only by a signed-in partner: the file is streamed through the site each time, so there is no public link and no shareable URL that keeps working after someone's access ends. Attachments are not sent to the notification email, and they are not opened by anything automated. If you would rather not upload a file, a link to your deck does the same job.

We do not record your IP address with the submission. The form carries a hidden field that people never see and automated submitters usually fill; when it is filled we discard the message without storing anything.

When you email us

If you write to a partner or to one of the addresses on this site, we hold that correspondence in our mailboxes for as long as it is useful — typically while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards.

The team console

Partners sign in to a private area of this site to read submissions and share internal files. Signing in uses a one-time link emailed to a partner's own address — there are no passwords — and the session is stored in Cloudflare KV. This area is invite-only, is not open to registration, and holds no data about site visitors beyond the submissions described above.

Automatically, by the host

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data — IP address, browser, the page requested — to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

Fonts and media

Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to a font provider. Where a page embeds a video, it loads only after you click it, so nothing is requested from the video platform until you choose to play.

What we do not do

  • No analytics, tag managers, pixels or advertising trackers
  • No cookies, and no consent banner, because neither is needed
  • No profiling and no automated decision-making
  • No sale or sharing of personal data with advertisers or data brokers

Why we are allowed to hold it

When you send us a pitch or an enquiry, we process it because you asked us to respond — a legitimate interest in conducting the correspondence you started, and in taking steps at your request. You can ask us to stop and to delete what we hold at any time.

How long we keep it

Pitches and enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can recognise a founder who comes back to us later. If you ask us to delete your data, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — this applies in the EU, the UK and California among others — you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it at all. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email info@ttl.capital. We will respond within one month.

Third parties

  • Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery
  • Resend — outbound email: pitch notifications and sign-in links

Both may process data outside your country. Links from this site to LinkedIn, YouTube or any other external service are governed by those services' own policies, not this one.

Changes

If we add analytics or start handling data in any other new way, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The pitch form moved from a third-party service to our own infrastructure on 25 September 2026, and this page was revised the same day.
